Online therapy for women navigating motherhood, relationships, anxiety, grief, and life’s transitions.
Sometimes you’re managing everything on the outside—work, family, relationships, schedules, responsibilities—but inside, you’re exhausted.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of being the person everyone else depends on.

You Don’t Have to Have Everything Figured Out
Life can become overwhelming when you’re carrying multiple roles, responsibilities, and expectations at once. Therapy can give you a place to slow down, sort through what you’re experiencing, and focus on what you need.
I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, motherhood and parenting, grief and loss, and significant life transitions.
Adoption-Related Therapy
Adoption can bring experiences and emotions that aren’t always well understood by therapists who don’t have experience in adoption.
I have worked professionally in adoption for more than 20 years and provide therapy for birth/first parents, adoptive parents, adult adoptees, and others whose lives have been touched by adoption.
Therapy can provide space to explore grief and loss, identity, relationships, reunion, openness, parenting, changing family dynamics, and the complicated emotions that can arise throughout a lifetime.
What Therapy With Me Is Like
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I create space for you to talk openly while asking questions, offering perspective, and helping you better understand the patterns and experiences affecting your life.
You don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what you want to work on. We can figure that out together.
